Lirios

Lirios in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell, is three villas, each with a private infinity pool and three bedrooms. All three face south east. Everything else differs: the number of levels, the size of the terraces and even the finish standard.

Where Lirios is

The three Lirios houses

Villa Iseo lives on its main floor. It holds a lounge and dining space with a fireplace, an open kitchen, a main bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and a covered terrace by the pool. Two guest bedrooms with bathrooms and the garage sit one floor down, so hosts and guests keep their own space.

Villa Indigo steps down the slope in a cascade. On top it adds a roof solarium, and each of its three bedrooms opens onto its own terrace.

Villa Aral is the largest. Its lower ground level can become a guest apartment, a study or an extension of the living area. Iseo and Indigo are under construction, while Aral is still at the design stage.

Lirios prices and price per metre

The dearer the villa, the cheaper its metre. Aral costs a third more than Iseo but offers 1.7 times the house with terraces.

What each Lirios house includes

Iseo and Indigo are built to the Premium standard. Aerothermal heating and cooling by Daikin or equivalent is paired with warm floors in every room, and Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery keeps the air fresh. Siemens equips the kitchen, 5.5 kW of solar panels sit on the roof and a bundled iPad controls the smart home.

Villa Aral moves up to the Superior standard. Terrace doors framed by Technal or Schüco have no threshold, and Airzone thermostats control the climate zone by zone. The Miele kitchen adds a washing machine and a water softener. Power supply is 15 kW against 9.2 kW in Premium. The EV charger comes installed. A pair of iPads with voice control handle the smart home, and the garden is watered on command from your phone.

Neighbours of Lirios

Lirios sits in the middle of the estate's price range. It costs more than Magnolias, yet the entry price is lower than in Kalmias and Jazmines.

Who each Lirios villa is for

Iseo suits a couple whose grown children visit in summer: the owners' side upstairs, the guest side below with its own bathrooms.

Indigo is for people who spend their evenings outdoors and want a roof terrace of their own. Aral is for a family that needs a study or a separate guest apartment inside the house.

It is not for anyone avoiding stairs, because all three villas spread life over several levels.
