Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, an EV socket in the shared garage, a pergola on the solarium; a private pool and jacuzzi appear in the specification under «Extras» without saying which flats or whether they are in the price: per the list, only two ground-floor flats have a private pool and garden.
Structure: isolated footings tied by beams at ground-floor level, seismic design based on the site's geotechnical study; column frame, waffle slabs with lost blocks, solid slabs on terraces and porches, reinforced concrete stairs. Flat walkable roof on the solarium: sloping screed of lightweight concrete, extruded polystyrene insulation, two-layer waterproofing, porcelain tiles. Common areas: communal pool with adult and children's sections, gardens, playground, relaxation area, gym with jacuzzi, changing rooms and shower; according to the DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL, private security and 24-hour video surveillance. Furniture included: in the living room a sofa with chaise longue, coffee table and TV unit, a table and 6 chairs; in the main bedroom a bed with lift-up base, headboard, mattress, pillows and two bedside tables; in the second bedroom two beds with headboards, mattresses and a bedside table.

How I assign classesLa Marina Beach in Finestrat offers two-bedroom apartments handed over furnished: sofa, dining table, beds with mattresses and even the terrace chairs are in the price. Behind the gate are a pool, a jacuzzi and a fitness room. You pick a garden below, a terrace on the first floor or a solarium on top.
The complex stands in a new district of Finestrat, on Carrer Veneçuela, among other recent developments. The coast is about 3.6 km away; La Cala beach and Benidorm are a drive. More options like this in the town: Finestrat two-bedroom homes.
The eighty-one apartments are spread over nine low buildings with three levels each. Ground-floor homes with their own garden sit at the bottom, flats with terraces on the first floor, penthouses with solariums on top. Each level of a block holds just three flats.
What sets La Marina Beach apart is that the furniture is included. The living room gets a sofa with a chaise longue, a TV unit and a table for six. Bedrooms get beds with mattresses, windows get curtains and blinds, and the terrace has its own furniture. The kitchen comes fully equipped, from the oven to the washing machine. All you bring is crockery and bed linen.
For year-round living there is ducted air conditioning, an aerothermal system for hot water, heated bathroom floors and motorised blinds. Floors are large porcelain tiles, and the buyer picks their shade and the kitchen.
The complex is gated, with security and cameras round the clock. Shared life happens around a pool with adult and children's areas, a jacuzzi, a gym with changing rooms and showers, a relaxation area and a playground among the gardens. A pergola for the solarium and pre-installation for a jacuzzi come as options.
The price includes the furniture from the specification, a fully equipped kitchen, a parking space and a storage room. Only two ground-floor homes, PB A and PB C, have their own pool and garden. The 30.07.2026 price list includes the pool for them. The other flats have no private pool in the price, and neither does the PB B ground floor. All prices exclude VAT.
The penthouse gives the most open-air space up top. The ground floor gives your own land, and the one with a pool also water by the door. The first-floor flat is the cheapest entry ticket to the complex.

Someone buying a holiday flat who does not want to spend months furnishing it: you arrive, open the door and live. Someone planning to rent it out: the furniture is already there, and guests like the pool and the gym. With a dog or a baby in the family, the ground floor works best: the door opens onto the garden. A sun lover who enjoys dinners up top will like the penthouse.
For walks to the beach, seafront complexes are the better choice.
