Non-walkable roof, waterproofed and insulated, finished in artificial grass. Brick facade with thermal insulation, finished in single-coat render combined with other materials; thermal insulation in the walls. Plumbing in cross-linked polyethylene with insulation on hot water and a shut-off valve in each wet room, PVC drainage with individual traps.
Aluminium exterior joinery lacquered black, with thermal break and double glazing; blackout in the bedrooms with blinds matching the frames, insulated blind box. Armoured front door, lacquered white, single leaf, with three locking points, mortise lock with anti-drill plate, handle and spyhole. Hinged white lacquered interior doors, with privacy latch in the bathrooms. In the bedrooms wardrobe fronts with smooth hinged doors, white melamine inside, top shelf and hanging rail.
Pladur plasterboard ceilings painted white, walls painted white, Forest porcelain tile flooring, the non-slip version of the same on the terrace.
In the main bathroom Calacatta Gold 333×1000 mm and Forest Arce 220×900 mm wall tiles, in the others rectified Le Blanc 400×1200 mm.
Mechanical ventilation: extraction from bathrooms and kitchen through a duct network, supply through vents in the window frames; a separate duct to the roof for each kitchen hood. According to the extras list dated 8 September 2026, each home includes a full kitchen without appliances, air conditioning pre-installation, vanity unit and mirror in the bathrooms.
The homes and rooms are oriented to reduce the need for air conditioning. High-capacity electrical installation with headroom for future expansion, video entry phone, RJ45 and TV sockets in the living room and bedrooms. At extra cost: indoor and outdoor LED lighting package 3,250 €, shower screen 820 € each, underfloor heating in a bathroom 1,290 € each, change of switch colour 800 € or 1,800 €, Johnson air conditioning unit 4,945 € or Mitsubishi on quotation, basic home automation on quotation: control of blinds and lights from the phone, timed scenes, presence simulation, voice commands via Alexa, device not included.
LED lighting throughout the home and in the common areas, there with presence sensors. Low-consumption lifts with frequency drives. Common grounds: three landscaped communal pools, biomechanics and calisthenics area, gym, playground, electric car charging points, security and video surveillance.

How I assign classesLuz 2 brings three-bedroom bungalows to Balcón de Finestrat, and the star is the terrace. On the ground floor it is almost as large as the home itself. It works as a second living room in the open air, with space for a table and loungers. All 18 bungalows have already found owners; the September 2026 price shown below is a guide to the area.
Balcón de Finestrat is a hillside neighbourhood behind Benidorm; the beach lies 4.8 km away by road. Townhouses, houses and villas are going up around it. The area is growing as a place to live rather than just to holiday.

A terrace like this changes the way you live. From spring to autumn, breakfast, dinner with friends and an evening with a book all happen outside. A compact private pool is available as an optional extra beside it.
The complex is small, just eighteen homes in three blocks. Few neighbours, and communal grounds laid out like a big resort.
The metre is low precisely because half of the area is outdoors. The garage is already included, and the keys are scheduled for October 2028.
The grounds have three pools set in greenery, a gym, a calisthenics area and a children's playground. There are also charging points for electric cars, security and CCTV.
Inside, hot water comes from an aerothermal heat pump, the windows are black aluminium with thermal break, and the bedrooms have blinds. The kitchen comes fitted with units, the bathrooms with vanities and mirrors, and there are network sockets in the lounge and bedrooms.
Appliances for the kitchen are a separate choice, while ducts for air conditioning are pre-laid.
Those who would rather spend most of the year outside, minus the upkeep of a plot. There is a terrace and no lawn to mow.
A family that needs three bedrooms on a budget that does not stretch to a detached house.
Anyone into fitness: a gym and a training area right on site.
Walking to the beach every day calls for a place nearer the coast; from Luz 2 it is a drive.
