How I assign classesSerpentine offers finished two-level homes in Finestrat: duplexes with a garden below and áticos with a solarium above. The complex is complete and the keys come on signing. Every home includes a parking spot and a storage unit.
Calle Bolivia climbs the Finestrat hills, 4.3 km by road from the beach. Around it lie villas under the Sierra Cortina and a newer apartment complex. It is a lived-in neighbourhood, not a building site.

Duplex with a garden: upstairs you get the open-plan lounge and kitchen, a pair of bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a terrace. Below it is a large open space with a third bathroom. Use it as bedroom number three, an office, a home gym or guest quarters.
Ático with a solarium: the main level has the same lounge and two bedrooms. Above it sits a room under the roof with its own bathroom, a terrace and a solarium. People choose the duplex for space and garden, the ático for height and the roof.

The roomiest duplexes are in the Mediterráneo block. That block faces south, while Levante and Poniente face east.
The biggest gardens belong to the Poniente duplexes, up to sixty-four metres. They also carry the lowest price in the project.
The kitchen comes complete: induction hob, oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, built-in fridge and freezer, washing machine and a Silestone worktop.
Ducted air conditioning, aerothermal hot water and heated bathroom floors. Windows with thermal break and solar-control glass, electric blinds, and lights and blinds run from your phone.
Terraces and solariums are reinforced to take a hot tub. The facade is large-format porcelain over insulation, and the building stands on piles.
