DULY Lo Marabú

DULY Lo Marabú in Ciudad Quesada is two neighbouring blocks of one project: two-bedroom bungalows and villas with private pools. Bungalows sell fully kitted out, down to bed linen and a coffee maker. The three-bedroom villas come on one level or on two.

Ciudad Quesada and the coast

The bungalows sit where Avenida de los Regantes meets Avenida de Málaga. The villas lie a little further on, off Avenida Jerez de la Frontera. Each address is roughly ten kilometres inland, and beach trips mean driving. More houses with land in the municipality are under Rojales: villas.

DULY Lo Marabú bungalows

Each bungalow repeats one recipe: a pair of bedrooms, a pair of shower rooms and a lounge-kitchen opening to the terrace. Ground floor units get a generous terrace; upper ones a smaller terrace plus a private roof solarium. A parking space and a basement store room are included.

Prices are from the lists of 01.10.2026. The upper bungalow roof terrace is only slightly smaller than the home. That pulls its metre well below the ground floor figure.

Villas: one level or two

NOVA and JULIET are single-storey: lounge with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a solarium on the roof. JULIET has a slightly bigger solarium and a covered porch. VEGA spreads over two floors: lounge and one bedroom below, two bedrooms with terraces above, and three bathrooms in all. Standing apart is the large SPECIAL villa with four bedrooms and a bigger pool.

What is done for you

For the bungalows, the list includes furniture with lamps, roller blinds, bedding, kitchenware and a television. A fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning come on top. Bathrooms have electric underfloor heating, screens, vanity units and mirrors. The shared grounds hold pools with a children's area, lawn, palms, a petanque court and a playground.

Each villa gets its own pool with steps and a shower, an artificial-grass garden, parking inside the plot and a sliding gate. Appliances, ducted air conditioning, electric shutters and bathroom underfloor heating are included; pool heating is pre-installed. All homes share PVC double glazing, an armoured door, built-in closets and a Silestone-type counter.

What is bought separately

The villa list names paid extras. They are solar panels, whole-house underfloor heating, an automatic gate and salt chlorination. A basement under the villa is offered separately, and only while work on that house has not begun.

In the surroundings

Six hundred metres away the third phase of bungalows from the same project is on sale. Three-bedroom villas also exist in nearby Benijófar and Los Montesinos, with a lower entry price. Compare layout and plot, not just the figure.

Who it suits

The bungalow fits a holiday-home buyer who wants a made-up bed on the very first night. A retired couple will pick NOVA or JULIET: everything on one level and the pool on their own plot. A family with teenagers is better off in VEGA, where the young ones get a floor of their own. Living by the sea without a car is not possible from here.

Before the contract

The handover date for your villa: for most it is counted in months from signing, so write the date in. Decide on the basement and extras before work on the house begins.
