How I assign classesLa Hoya by DULY in Torrevieja is made up of seven blocks, and all its flats are two-bed, two-bath. Keys come with everything for daily life, from the sofa to towels, a coffee maker and an iron. The grounds add padel, a barbecue spot and an outdoor fitness trail.
The development lies between the La Siesta and Torrevieja roundabouts. Our figures put the beach 4.5 km off. Reaching it takes the car, while daily swims happen in the courtyard. Two-bedroom options across the town are collected in Torrevieja: two bedrooms.
Indoors the flats hardly differ; the difference is outside. Ground floor terraces are far larger than upstairs, and on the corner flat plan the terrace wraps two sides. Upper floor terraces are modest, and the penthouses add a private solarium overhead.
Prices from the 01.10.2026 list; blocks complete between May and October 2027. The blocks face different ways: the first two east, the next three south, the remaining two west and south.
Per the list the price covers furniture, decor and textiles, a TV, kitchen appliances, a coffee maker and a toaster. The air conditioning heats and cools, and lights are fitted indoors and on the terrace. Below the building there is an open garage space and a lockable store. Add aerothermal hot water, electrically warmed bathroom floors and remote-controlled motorised shutters.
The specification adds PVC double glazing, built-in wardrobes, wall-hung toilets and a Silestone-type worktop. The garage gate is motorised and the lifts meet accessibility rules.
The courtyard offers a pool with a paddling zone, palms on the lawn and a padel court. Petanque, a barbecue spot, outdoor exercise machines, a playground and an ornamental pond complete it. For year-round residents that is a daily routine with no gym fees.
On entry price, La Hoya by DULY sits mid-table. Of these neighbours, only Nalia Resort also has padel on site.
Holiday-home buyers who would rather not spend the first trip in furniture shops. A couple moving south for good who want sport downstairs: padel, machines, petanque. Dog owners and outdoor breakfast fans will like a ground floor flat with a big terrace. Anyone after a frontline address should look closer to the water.
