The heart of Petra is the outdoor space, planned as a summer living room. The pool, the covered porch for sun loungers under a pergola and a separate barbecue area sit together. The car stays on its own spot by the house.

There is space planned for solar panels on the roof; they are fitted as an option.

The fourth bedroom does not come at a premium. Petra's metre comes in below the three-bedroom villas next door. Plots for this model are around six hundred metres.

The whole house is floored in Porcelanosa stone-look porcelain, a metre by a metre, with few joints. The kitchen worktop and sink are the same porcelain, and the display cabinet has smoked glass and lighting.

Thermal-break glazing, motor-driven bedroom blinds and, outside, folding Mallorcan shutters. By day the house shuts out the sun without losing airflow. One facade wall is clad in white stone, the door locks at three points and the gate has an electronic lock.

How Petra payments run

Secure the villa with 10,000 €, then sign within a month and pay 20% plus VAT. While it is built, 30% more follows in parts on a timetable you set; the notary signing at handover takes the remaining half.
