Isabel on the Sierra Cortina slopes

Isabel belongs to a villa estate tucked under the Sierra Cortina; the drive down to the coast is 3.6 km. Private houses all around, Benidorm and its beaches not far, and the neighbouring complexes offer other formats within a stroll.

One level wrapped around a patio

Every room opens onto the inner patio, so light and air come in from two sides rather than just the facade. The lounge with an island kitchen is over forty metres, and next to it are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of them en suite.

There are two models, and the difference is the plot. Model B has a pool running the full length of the house. In model A the pool is smaller and sits by the entrance, while the covered porch faces south.

What an Isabel villa costs

Among the villas with a private pool on this estate, Isabel is the most affordable way in. Keys are expected in September 2027. For comparison there is a shortlist of villas with their own pool up to eight hundred thousand.

Systems and kitchen in the price

The engineering at Isabel is thought through. Hot water from aerothermal heat pump, ducted air conditioning, ventilation with heat recovery and a solar module on the roof.

The kitchen comes with appliances: oven, extractor hood, hob, fridge and a washer-dryer. Both main bathrooms get double basins plus electric floor heating, and the bedrooms have motorised blinds.

The pool is finished in glass mosaic and lit. Cars come in through an automatic gate with a remote. The land around the house can become a garden that needs little water.

Isabel payment schedule

A 10,000 € reservation, then within a month the private contract and 20% plus VAT. Another 30% during construction, split as suits you, and the remaining half when you sign the deed and collect the keys.

Anyone enjoying a well-earned retirement who wants no stairs in their own home.

A family with young children: all the bedrooms are next to the lounge. The patio is a safe courtyard inside the house.

People who cook and entertain: the kitchen island and the poolside terrace bring everyone to one place.

If you need a fourth bedroom or a separate guest floor, the larger neighbouring projects are a better fit.
