Seaview 5 in Sierra Cortina is a street of fifteen stand-alone houses, each with three or four bedrooms and a pool of its own. Villa 3 is already finished and key ready: you can see it in person and sign the deeds two months after reserving.

Three villa types at Seaview 5

Types 1 and 2 are two floors above ground plus a basement. In type 1 the basement adds over sixty metres. Use it as a cinema, gym, wine cellar or guest room that stays out of the way of life upstairs.

Villa 3, key ready

By the house alone the metre is high because of what the price covers. There is a finished basement, a thirty-two-metre private pool and a plot of almost five hundred. This villa also has a pergola and a barbecue in the garden.

What Seaview 5 already includes

A frame of concrete and steel columns, a façade in white render and natural stone with insulation. Cortizo windows with lift-and-slide doors to the terrace, motorised shutters in the bedrooms, a solid iroko front door.

Two ducted air conditioning units, one per floor. A solar panel heats the water, with an electric boiler as backup. Bticino home automation with a touch panel runs lights and shutters and watches for leaks and smoke. The air conditioning switches on over Wi-Fi.

The garden has lawn and trees with automatic watering and lighting. The pool is mosaic-lined, and a steel fence has slats angled to the sea.
