How I assign classesBeren Hills Villas II in Finestrat brings together twelve villas on plots from 455 m². Villa 4 has three bedrooms and a private infinity pool. It offers two living floors, a lower level and a garden around the water. Handover is planned for February 2027.
The villas stand on Carrer Brusselles in a residential part of Finestrat. Sierra Cortina is half a kilometre away. New villas and apartment blocks surround them, as the table below shows.
La Cala de Finestrat beach is 3.2 km by road. Getting to the sea means taking the car.
