Unic IV

Unic IV is the fourth phase of Unic in Jávea: the building is finished, and the three-bedroom ground-floor apartment is sold with keys straight away. It is 650 metres from the entrance to the sea, and of the new builds in Jávea I follow, none starts cheaper.

Jávea, 650 metres from the sea

The Unic IV ground-floor apartment

The terrace measures almost a third of the home, so in summer the dining table moves outside. The space in the underground car park comes with the apartment and is not paid for separately.

Already fitted in Unic IV

The kitchen comes furnished, with handleless units and a full set of cooking appliances on induction. The worktop and splashback are Neolith or equivalent, with a steel sink set under the counter.

Walls between apartments are brick with insulation and plasterboard on both faces. Frames are thermally broken, and roller blinds darken the bedrooms. Every apartment has its own water meters, and TV points reach the lounge and each bedroom.

There is a space set aside for bicycles, and the lifts go straight down to the underground garage. The shared pool and gym are inside the building's own grounds.

The nearest alternatives are already outside Jávea, and both cost more. Apartments in Cumbre del Sol also sit further from the beach.
