How water is heated is not stated (water heater «según tipología»); the shower curtain is not included.
Reinforced concrete strip foundations, 25 cm solid concrete basement walls, flat inverted roof with bituminous waterproofing. Façade: brick with mineral wool insulation, 15 mm plasterboard lining on a 46 mm frame, render or ceramic cladding outside; partitions of 15 mm plasterboard with rock wool. Solar panels on the roof.
Aluminium windows with thermal break and double glazing, sliding and hinged; reinforced front door, white lacquered interior doors, built-in wardrobes with white fronts.

How I assign classesBella in Gran Alacant (Santa Pola) is a terrace of townhouses, each with a private pool on its plot. Homes stand on three levels with a basement and, per the catalogue, take two to five bedrooms depending on the floor versions chosen.
The Bella model fills a row of 17 plots in sector CJ5. By road the Carabassí sand is some 3 km off: the beach means the car, swimming happens at home.

The developer draws two versions of the ground floor and of the upper floor; the basement is shared by both. The mix decides whether there is a bedroom downstairs.
With both B versions there are four bedrooms, and the basement room makes five. With its own bathroom, the basement works as a guest flat or a study.
Price from the developer's sheet of 19.10.2026, with IVA still to add. Leaving the basement out, on living area alone, it is €5119.
Payments follow the schedule the developer sets for its villas:

An island kitchen with a ceramic worktop, integrated fridge and dishwasher, oven and hob. Geberit wall-hung toilets, walk-in showers with concealed mixers, porcelain tile floors.
Thermally broken aluminium frames, double-glazed, JUNG switches and solar panels on the roof. Air conditioning is ducted in advance; the HAIER unit is fitted on request.
The pool is finished in mosaic over waterproofing, and the plot is walled in white block.
Of the terraced houses in the table, only Bella comes with a private pool. Detached Linda is cheaper, but its pool is an extra.
A large family: up to five bedrooms and a pool you can keep an eye on from the terrace.
Anyone with relatives who stay often: the basement with its own bathroom.
A couple who want a pool but not a big garden: a small plot, little upkeep.
If stairs are hard, an apartment with a lift is the better fit: this house has three levels.
