Outside: concrete frame to current regulations; 11 cm ceramic block wall, 7 cm Grafipol TR32 insulation, 7 cm inner ceramic block lining, white monolayer render outside, finish depending on the model.
Armoured front door. Aluminium or PVC windows as decided by the site engineers, Climalit double glazing for sound insulation. Outdoor lighting. Fabric-lined built-in wardrobes with drawers and lighting. Smooth interior doors lacquered white.

How I assign classesLaguna Azul, in the La Herrada district of Los Montesinos, offers finished villas sold with a private pool, furniture and appliances: you arrive with a suitcase and start living. One has three bedrooms and a rooftop solarium. The other, larger one has five and a finished basement.
La Herrada is set back from the shore, among the Vega Baja farmland. With the coast roughly 11 km away, getting to the sand takes a car; the everyday dip happens in your own pool.
Every house with a plot in the town is listed under Los Montesinos: villas.
Both villas follow the same two-storey design. On the ground floor, lounge and kitchen share 33 m², plus a bedroom and a bathroom; upstairs, two en-suite bedrooms. The stairs lead up to a 52 m² solarium with a jacuzzi.
The five-bedroom villa sits on a plot more than twice as large, with a 10 by 5 metre pool. Below sits a finished basement with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge: a self-contained flat where adult children or friends can stay.
The price per metre is lower here because of the solarium and, in the five-bedroom villa, the basement as well. On living space alone it comes to €4505 and €6692.
Prices as per the list of 26.10.2026. The five-bedroom villa costs roughly one and a half times more. The difference buys two extra bedrooms, a basement flat and a pool almost three times bigger.
The list price already includes furniture, appliances, air conditioning, lamps and curtains. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
Finishes follow the builder's own spec, the same in every villa they build. Walls carry 7 cm of Grafipol insulation, windows have Climalit double glazing, and an aerothermal system heats a 200-litre water cylinder.
The pool has coloured lighting, steps and a waterfall. The solarium is pre-plumbed for a summer kitchen, with water and a shower. Every room is ducted for air conditioning.
The neighbours have villas too, close by and with a lower entry price. What sets Laguna Azul apart is that the house is already built and furnished: nobody has to wait for a building site to finish.
Families keen to settle in without delay: the house is complete, furnished and equipped.
A large family, or one whose grown-up children visit often: guests have their own kitchen and bathroom in the basement.
A couple who like to spend the evening up top: a jacuzzi on the solarium and plumbing ready for a summer kitchen.
If walking to the sand matters, look at homes on the seafront itself: Laguna Azul is a car ride from the water.
