How I assign classesKasia V in Torrevieja is a five-storey building with a communal pool, about 160 m from the sea. Buyers choose between flats with two or three bedrooms and penthouses topped by a private solarium. The price list gives May 2027 for the keys.
Kasia V sits on Avenida de las Habaneras. The small Cala del Palangre cove is about 160 m away and the sandy Los Locos beach about 500 m. A morning swim starts at the front door, with no car and no hunt for a parking space by the beach.
To compare with other buildings in town, two-bedroom flats are gathered under Torrevieja: two bedrooms.
The flats on sale run from the third to the fifth floor. With two bedrooms you pick west-facing or south-facing windows. Three-bedroom flats face south. The fifth floor holds two-bedroom penthouses with a terrace and a private solarium on the roof.
The price list is dated 26.10.2026; the per-metre figure belongs to the entry flat of each kind. The penthouse costs roughly half as much again as the entry two-bedroom flat. That difference buys a roof of your own: the solarium is almost three times the terrace of the west-facing flat.
The finishes follow a single standard the developer uses in all of its buildings. Hot water is supplied by aerothermal heating with a 200-litre tank. Ducted air-conditioning pre-installation runs through the whole flat, the windows have thermal-break frames and the shutters are electric.
The fitted wardrobes are fabric-lined, with drawers and interior lighting. The kitchen has wall and base units, a Silestone or similar worktop and a sink with mixer tap. For downtime there is a communal pool.
A parking space costs from €40,000, and a space with a storage room €44,000. Kitchen appliances and the outdoor air-conditioning unit are worth discussing when you reserve. The standard covers the kitchen units and the pre-installation.
Entry prices next door are sometimes lower and sometimes higher. Of these four buildings, Kasia V is the one closest to the water.
A couple who want to start the day in the sea: the water is close by and no car is needed.
A buyer looking for a holiday flat: an upper-floor flat has no garden to look after, and the pool is shared.
A family with a school-age child: the south-facing three-bedroom flat gives the child a room of their own.
A sun lover: the penthouse has a private solarium on the roof.
Anyone dreaming of a private garden should look at townhouses and bungalows. Here the flats on sale start on the third floor.
