How I assign classesVillas Paradise Resort brings fourteen three-bedroom houses to Finestrat, on the hills above Benidorm. Every villa comes with a pool of its own and a lower floor of almost 96 m². The apartments of the same project are going up alongside, but the villas are not part of their community.
The development sits on the slopes of Finestrat above Benidorm, 3.9 km from the beach by car. The apartments of the same complex have their own page: Finestrat Paradise Resort.

Everyday life happens on the ground floor. The lounge and open-plan kitchen open to the terrace and to a garden with the pool, next to three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The basement is about three quarters the size of the living floor, and an English patio brings in daylight. Delivery is as a single undivided room; the developer's plan also shows a version with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Glass mosaic lines the 8 × 4 m pool, and a heat pump can be added thanks to a pre-installation. The garden is Mediterranean; parking is inside the plot, wired in advance for an EV charger.
The house is designed for an A energy rating, confirmed by an independent certifier, while domestic hot water relies on aerothermal heat. The kitchen has Haier appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and induction hob, with the washing machine in the utility room.
On the ground floor you get ducted air conditioning plus electric heated floors in the bathrooms. The roof is pre-installed for solar panels; the panels themselves are not in the price.
Two-tone PVC windows, motorised blinds, fitted wardrobes and an armoured front door.
