How I assign classesWaldorf Astoria is a compact Benijófar block with homes of two or three bedrooms. The two-bedroom flats each have two bathrooms, and the three-bedroom corner flat has a terrace the size of a decent living room.
Benijófar is a small town in the Vega Baja valley, inland from the coast. The nearest beach, at Guardamar, is about 11 km away, so life here runs by car: the sea, the market and the area's golf courses in one trip.

There are 30 homes at ground and first-floor level, with penthouses above. Ground-floor flats open onto their own terrace at street level, with no stairs. Upstairs on the first floor the layout is the same, with a slightly smaller terrace. Set apart is the three-bedroom corner flat with a large terrace.
Prices as listed on 26.10.2026; the per-metre figure is for the entry flat. The three-bedroom corner flat is the best buy per metre: almost a third cheaper than the two-bedroom ones. Its terrace is nearly five times larger, room for a family dining table and sun loungers.
The developer builds all of its projects to one finishing standard. An aerothermal unit with a 200-litre cylinder heats the water. Ducts for air conditioning run to every room. Windows are thermally broken and shutters run on motors.
Built-in wardrobes are fabric-lined and lit inside. Kitchens have wall and floor units under a Silestone or similar worktop. Buyers who take a parking space get wiring ready for an electric car charger.
A parking space costs 12,000 € and air conditioning is installed for 3,150 €. Both are worth adding to the budget from day one.
Three of these neighbours stand within a couple of hundred metres, so one walk is enough to compare them. On entry price, Waldorf Astoria heads the list.
Retirees: living at ground level with the terrace outside the door means no stairs.
A family with children or visiting grandparents: the corner flat gives three bedrooms and a terrace where everyone fits round the table.
Anyone who wants a second bathroom without paying for a big floor area: the two-bedroom flats already have one.
If strolling down to the sand matters, look on the seafront itself: from Benijófar you reach the sand by car.
