How I assign classesMoMA II in Benijófar is a 35-home building where, besides the usual two- and three-bedroom layouts, you can buy flats with four bedrooms. For a big family it means house-sized space at a flat's price.
The building sits in a residential quarter of Benijófar, inland in the Vega Baja. The closest beach, at Guardamar, is around 11 km away; the sea and the golf courses are a drive. Within three hundred metres there are three more new developments.
For three-bedroom options elsewhere in town, open Benijófar, three bedrooms.
The homes occupy the ground and first floors, and both offer layouts from two to four bedrooms. In the three- and four-bedroom flats the downstairs terrace is roomier than the one above. Buyers who would rather not live at street level go for the first floor.
Prices per the list of 26.10.2026. The fourth bedroom barely adds to the price: the four-bedroom ground-floor flat has the lowest per-metre figure in the building. The corner flat downstairs stands out for a 48 m² living room with kitchen, where a large family sits down together with room to spare.
Finishes follow the developer's general standard. A heat pump (aerothermal) with a 200-litre cylinder provides hot water, and air conditioning plugs into ducts already in place. Electric shutters and thermally broken windows. Wardrobes come fitted, and the kitchen pairs upper and lower cabinets with a Silestone-type worktop.
Parking 15,000 €, storage from 6,000 €, air-conditioning installation 3,150 €. With four bedrooms a storage room usually earns its keep: bikes, a buggy, beach gear.
The nearest neighbours top out at three bedrooms in their flats. Within this list only MoMA II offers a four-bedroom flat; the next step up in space is a villa or a bungalow.
A large family: four bedrooms give each child a room and leave one for guests.
Someone working remotely: the fourth room turns into a study with a door to close during calls.
Parents whose children and grandchildren come for long stays: the ground floor with a big terrace brings everyone round one table.
If you want the sea on foot, look on the coast: from Benijófar people drive to the beach.
