How I assign classesVegasol XI, Benijófar, holds just eleven flats of two or three bedrooms. Every one has a pair of bathrooms, an underground parking bay and a store room. Top floor flats gain a private roof solarium with a jacuzzi.
Benijófar lies deep in the Vega Baja countryside. Our data give 11.4 km to the coast. Beach trips mean the car; summer swims happen in the shared courtyard pool. Three-bedroom homes in the village are on Benijófar: three bedrooms.
The block has three levels, each its own product. Downstairs are flats with terraces; the largest has a 44 m² lounge-kitchen and its own laundry room. The first floor repeats the layouts with a slightly smaller terrace. On the second, each flat adds a roof solarium bigger than the flat itself.
The list is dated 02.06.2026 and the developer folder holds nothing newer, so confirm your flat price. Completion is planned for the third quarter of 2027.
With its jacuzzi the solarium becomes an extra lounge under the sky. The two-bedroom flat with a solarium costs more than its twin on the first floor. The gap pays for over a hundred square metres of roof. Per square metre, the solarium costs nearly a third of the flat price.
The list includes a fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and washing machine, plus lighting, shower screens and bathroom furniture. A 150-litre aerothermal tank supplies hot water; bathrooms have electric floor heating and heat-recovery ventilation. Black metal window frames with a thermal break, black taps to match and a video entryphone at the door.
Cooling: ducts are prepared, and the list prices the machines as an extra. A summer kitchen on the solarium is offered separately too.
In Benijófar itself the other project in my base sells villas; among my village listings, flats exist only at Vegasol XI. The nearest two-bedroom bungalows and flats are already in Ciudad Quesada.
Parents of two who want three bedrooms and a pair of bathrooms at flat prices rather than villa ones. Hosts: the jacuzzi solarium takes the whole party. A couple who winter elsewhere: the underground garage and store room let them leave the car and belongings behind. Anyone dreaming of strolling to the sand should search nearer the coast.
The current price: the list dates from June. The cost of air conditioning and a solarium kitchen, if wanted. The parking and store room numbers. Use the search to line it up against other Costa Blanca flats.
