How I assign classesIlla Gran Canaria 25 is a single large seven-bedroom villa in the highest part of the Sierra Cortina in Finestrat. Two living floors sit above two more levels for a garage and anything you like, from a gym to a wine cellar. A lift serves all four levels.
The Sierra Cortina estate, its upper part. It is 3.9 km from the sea and about five minutes from Benidorm by car, among private villas.

The living space takes up the two upper floors, with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. Ceilings are high and the hall and lounge are double height, so the house feels larger than its metres.
The large windows face south. The plot has room for a garden and terraces, and an indoor pool can be added next to the outdoor one.
This is the price of a detached house at the top of the estate. The neighbouring villas sit in the same price range. The lower levels are counted in the metre, which is why it comes out at about half of what the living floors alone would give.
An aerothermal system heats both the house and the water, with underfloor heating throughout and ducted air conditioning with separate control in every room. Ventilation with a double-flow heat recovery unit keeps the air fresh without losing warmth.
Aerated concrete walls hold the temperature, the glass has solar control and the railings are marine-grade stainless steel. A Porcelanosa kitchen with an island, Miele or equivalent appliances, and walk-in wardrobes in fine wood in the bedrooms.
A large multi-generation family: seven bedrooms let everyone live together without getting in each other's way.
